Welcome

At Roots & Rose Practice, I offer thoughtful, relational and creative approaches to wellbeing.

My name is Eleanor Rose, I am an Integrative & Humanistic Counsellor trained at the Institute for Art in Therapy & Education. I am a trained Horticulturalist and run therapeutic spaces in nature. I am an artist working in creative health settings.

My therapy work is shaped by a belief that each person’s story matters, and that healing happens best in spaces where people feel genuinely listened to, respected, and understood. I am a member of BACP you can find my profile here.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, curious, or in transition, you are welcome here.

This is a place to pause, reflect, and explore what matters to you at your own pace, in your own way.
